We are a large private practice in New Hampshire along the Vermont border. We have several offices in this area to meet community needs. I see about 30% OCD clients as well as many other co-occurring disorders. Our practice offers group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, as well as individual.
I come from a client centered lens and will shape my treatment based on what the client is bringing forth as the most distressing for them currently. We will also consider other co-occurring factors that can contribute to current symptoms.
I have worked in this field for about 5 years. I’ve been treating OCD for about 3 of those years. I initially became interested when a colleague gave an ERP training. I attended the BTTI training in Fall of 2025 and completed it by Winter 2025.
I have worked with low to high socioeconomic status. I have worked with rural communities in small towns. I also have worked with international students that go to a local university. I base my work in humility and allowing the client to define their own story and how that shapes their world.
We have had training in cultural humility in our practice. I also have had educational courses in cultural humility as well.
