Approximately 90% of my practice is dedicated to treating OCD and related disorders. I have treated more than 75 individuals with OCD, using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. I provide individualized treatment to help clients reduce symptoms, manage anxiety, and improve overall functioning and quality of life.
I have specialized exclusively in treating OCD and related disorders for the past five years. I’ve completed IOCDF’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), receiving specialized training in evidence-based OCD treatment, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My clinical experience includes treating more than 75 individuals with OCD using evidence-based interventions.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals from diverse cultural, racial, socioeconomic, and religious backgrounds. I strive to provide culturally responsive, inclusive, and affirming care by considering each client’s unique background, values, identities, and lived experiences. I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment and adapting treatment approaches to meet the individual needs of each client.
