Narrative of Services:

Although my practice is a general child and adolescent psychology practice, the majority of my patients present with OCD or anxiety disorders. I have worked with numerous children, teens, and young adults using exposure and response prevention with ACT to treat anxiety, OCD and OC spectrum related disorders, as well as other anxiety disorders.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I specialize in treating anxiety disorders in children, including social anxiety, phobias and selective mutism, in addition to OCD. This included behavioral parent training and PCIT for anxiety.

Training Description:

Prior to independent practice I working within several outpatient and hospital settings treating a variety of disorders including anxiety and OCD. I completed my post-doctoral fellowship and spent my first year as a licensed clinician within an OCD and anxiety specialty clinic. I specialize in treating children and teens with any anxiety disorder, as well as incorporating parent training skills when needed. I am dedicated to provided evidence based treatment to any symptom present in order to assist patients in living their best life

My practice operates within the inner Austin metropolitan city, and serves those within the greater Austin area. This includes continued training in diversity including involvement in seminars, trainings and consultation, and consistent involvement in outreach and advocacy.

Parent training groups for parenting children with anxiety, including selective mutism and OCD are available.
