I am a solo practitioner with offices in Heber and Park City, Utah, specializing in anxiety disorders and OCD. At any given time, approximately half my caseload (7–10 clients) involves OCD, with 1–2 clients presenting with panic disorder and 3–5 with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). My primary treatment for anxiety and OCD is Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, supplemented by I-CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and EMDR as clinically appropriate. I also work with couples navigating anxiety or OCD, integrating ERP with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I have spent the last two years focusing my work on treating OCD and anxiety disorders at the Cascade Home residential treatment facility and in my private practice. I have trained with The Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy as well as the OCD Training School. I have also completed specialized training to treat perinatal OCD through Postpartum Support International (PSI).
As a trained social worker, education and training around cultural competency is baked into every area of my practice. I am proud to say that starting in my graduate training and through each training and consultation I have received in my 15 years of practice, diversity and inclusion as been thoughtfully integrated and specifically addressed.
