Anxiety Institute offers an intensive outpatient program as well as individual and group outpatient services designed for adolescents and young adults struggling with moderate to severe anxiety and OCD. Anxiety Institute provides comprehensive, continuous care for expedited and enduring recovery.

I specialize in cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety and related disorders. My research and publications include the use of evidenced-based mindfulness techniques to support anxiety management, academic success, and emotional well-being. My dissertation and graduate research focused on Embodied Learning Communities of Practice in Addressing College Student Anxiety.
