My practice has a strong clinical focus on OCD and related disorders across adolescents and adults. Approximately 95% of my caseload involves OCD presentations, covering all sub types of OCD.
I provide assessment, psychoeducation, and tailored ERP interventions. Treatment is grounded in first line approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention, as well as second line treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and SPACE when engaging with young people and their families. I use CBT and Schema also to help treat co-occurring conditions.
