I provide individual therapy for adults and teens with anxiety disorders, OCD and related disorders, such as hair pulling and skin picking. I also work with pregnant and postpartum women experiencing OCD and anxiety. The overwhelming majority of my practice is working with individuals with anxiety and OCD.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from San Jose State University. I have been working as a therapist since 2009, specializing in Cognitive Behavior Therapy for anxiety disorders and OCD.
I am a Diplomate and Certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and a graduate of the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute. I am also a graduate of TLC’s Professional Training Institute’s Advanced Clinical Training in CBT-Based Treatment for Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors.
