Narrative of Services:

The Anxiety Treatment Center of Greater Chicago specializes in treating OCD, OCD-related, and anxiety disorders. We are an outpatient office offering specialized services. We serve children, adolescents, and adults. We offer weekly appointments as well as intensive treatment options where we offer appointments multiple times a week.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, illness anxiety disorder, and panic disorder. I also treat depression and PTSD. My primary approach to treating anxiety disorders is CBT with an emphasis on exposure interventions. I also incorporate cognitive interventions, DBT skills, and self-compassion. I strive to use empirically supported practices and to tailor treatment to each individual.
