Myriam Padron Psy.D.
All of the patients I treat currently would fall into the OCD and related disorders category. Many have comorbidities of ASD, social anxiety, health illness anxiety, agoraphobia, and panic disorder. The treatment modality I frequently use involve ERP and ACT-based principles. I also specialize in providing gender affirming care for the LGTBQ+ community.
I have been treating OCD patients since 2014, when I received specialized training at Nova Southeastern University in ERP for OCD and related disorders. I became a licensed psychologist in 2019 and have been working at the Neurobehavioral Institute (NBI) in South Florida since 2020, a specialty clinic providing ERP, ACT, DBT, and CBT related therapies. I was the Associate Training Director and am currently working per diem at NBI, while offering services via my private practice in Weston, FL.
