Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, tic disorders, and related conditions. I am a licensed psychologist in Washington state and a member of PSYPACT. I offer online therapy and in-person therapy in the Queen Anne neighborhood of Seattle.

My treatment philosophy is grounded in cognitive-behavioral principles — an approach rooted in the understanding that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are deeply connected. I specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety and OCD and have also completed training in SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) through the Yale Child Study Center.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I often treat co-occurring anxiety disorders, mood concerns, and/or tic behaviors. I work with my clients to determine which presenting problem to address first and which evidence-based approach they prefer to engage with.

Training Description:

I earned my PhD in Child Clinical Psychology from the University of Washington, where I received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Family-Based Therapies. I completed my pre-doctoral internship through the general child track at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Cadence Child and Adolescent Therapy in the Seattle-area. I spent the last decade on the Child Anxiety Team at the Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle, where I developed expertise in working with kids, teens, as well as adults dealing with anxiety and OCD.
