I provide affirming care that supports 2SLGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse identities. I specialize in anxiety-related concerns, including OCD, panic, hoarding, and phobias. My background is in exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD.

I have provided ERP for OCD since 2013. I recieved my Master of Counselling degree from Athabasca University and have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University. I have additional training in evidence-based treatment including CBT, CBIT, DBT, and ACT.

I completed the San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training.
