Philip Pierce PhD
I am a clinical psychologist (PSY23470) in private practice and a lecturer at UCLA. I treat OCD extensively in my practice, with approximately 1/3 of my patients having OCD-related problems. In addition to the standard exposure and response prevention techniques, I often work with a purely cognitive approach which is particularly helpful to OCD sufferers who have mental rituals and are also struggling with anxiety and depression.
Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the Wright Institute, CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, Acceptance-enhanced Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Therapy without ERP.
