My practice is dedicated exclusively to treating obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, with nearly 100% of my clients experiencing OCD or an OC-related disorder. I provide evidence-based care using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other behavioral interventions tailored to each individual’s symptoms, goals, and values. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients face fears, reduce compulsions, and build a meaningful life beyond OCD.
In addition to OCD, I treat anxiety spectrum disorders including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, agoraphobia, specific phobias, body-repetitive focused behaviors, hoarding disorder, and depression. Treatment is individualized to each client’s needs while addressing both OCD and any co-occurring concerns.
I have over seven years of experience specializing in OCD and anxiety disorders across multiple levels of care, including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient settings. I have treated children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of OCD presentations and symptom severity.
As a queer therapist, I strive to provide an affirming, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for LGBTQ+ clients. My own lived experience with OCD gives me a firsthand understanding of how isolating and overwhelming the disorder can be, allowing me to approach clients with both professional expertise and genuine empathy. While I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, I have a particular passion for providing culturally responsive, identity-affirming care.
