I provide individual therapy, parent guidance and coaching, and dyadic parent-child therapy for children and pre-teens ages 2–15. A significant portion of my practice focuses on OCD and related disorders, including anxiety and avoidance. I provide evidence-based treatment, including ERP, CBT, PCIT, and SPACE.
I have extensive experience assessing and treating children with OCD and related anxiety disorders, working closely with parents and caregivers to support skill development and generalization across settings.
I provide individualized, evidence-based treatment for OCD and co-occurring anxiety, mood, behavioral, and emotional concerns. When OCD is present, ERP is incorporated as appropriate, alongside CBT and other evidence-based interventions targeting co-occurring difficulties. Treatment is tailored to each child’s developmental level, strengths, and needs. Parent involvement is an important component, with guidance and coaching provided to support skill development and generalization at home. When appropriate, I also collaborate with other providers involved in the child’s care to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive treatment approach.
I have over 20 years of experience treating children, adolescents, and families, with extensive experience treating OCD and related anxiety disorders. I have specialized training in ERP, CBT, and evidence-based parent interventions for childhood OCD and anxiety. My clinical work includes developing individualized exposure hierarchies, response prevention strategies, and parent-supported treatment plans. I regularly pursue continuing education to stay current with evidence-based OCD treatment.
