I offer assessment and therapy services to patients ages 6+ for OCD. Approximately 25% of my caseload includes individuals with OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I have specialized expertise in Anxiety Disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social anxiety, phobias), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Psychotic-Spectrum Disorders (e.g., schizophrenia) and Insomnia. I also have extensive professional and personal experience with maternal wellness, including struggling with infertility. I offer specialty assessments and scientifically-based treatment modalities for these conditions.
Within these specialties, I help people:
– Create long-term changes.
– Find relief from past painful experiences.
– Regain control in their lives.
– Improve relationships.
– Getting to the root of their problems.
– Live authentically.

Training Description:

During my doctoral training at the US department of veteran affairs, I completed rotations in specialized care for anxiety disorders, which included formal training in treating veterans with OCD. In March 2024, I attended a 4-day intensive workshop for Exposure and Response Therapy for OCD (27 CE units) at the Cognitive Behavior Institute.

Diversity Statement:

I have extensive experience working with military veterans. I work with a lot of moms, who often struggle with postpartum anxiety issues.

I work with diverse populations, making an effort to keep appraised by attending regular cultural diversity trainings. A fair percentage of my patients identify as LGBQT+, I aim to offer inclusive and compassionate care to all individuals.
