Narrative of Services:

My practice primarily serves individuals struggling with anxiety and trauma-related disorders, including OCD, panic disorder, specific phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, and PTSD. I integrate exposure-based interventions and skills training with Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches to support both symptom reduction and deeper mind-body connection. I have treated hundreds of individuals with OCD and related disorders across various levels of severity and continue to refine my approach through ongoing clinical experience and training.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I utilize exposure and response prevention therapy for OCD and offer additional Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training as well as Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
