Exposure-based treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, illness anxiety disorder, body dysmorphic disorder, and comorbid conditions in the context of a warm therapeutic relationship supporting self-efficacy.
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Iowa and completed my Clinical Psychology internship in the Psychiatry Department of Temple University Medical School. I have been treating OCD using ERP since 1996 when I began a twelve-year tenure at a specialized practice working closely with a senior member of the IOCDF Scientific Advisory Board. I presented at the Foundation’s national conferences several times and wrote an invited article for the Foundation’s newsletter. A licensed psychologist, I maintain a private practice providing treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, OC spectrum disorders, and comorbid conditions in southern New Jersey.
