As a licensed marriage and family therapist, the majority of my work is with individuals who experience anxiety symptoms, including OCD. I find clients experience relief and success when we work on their challenges using I-CBT or ERP, as well as behavioral activation within cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Additionally, I teach these skills to graduate students as an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University Seattle and Seattle University.
I provide neuroaffirming treatment for Autism. For mood disorders, I prioritize based on acuity, and offer treatment primarily for anxiety and depression, utilizing behavioral activation.
I have been treating clients with OCD and OCD Spectrum Disorders since 2013. I have received ongoing additional supervision with OCD specialists, as well as attending IOCDF and ADAA workshops and seminars.
