Roughly half of the client’s I see have anxiety disorders. I enjoy working with clients with Anxiety, OCD, ADHD and Depression. I use a combination of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I have a strong clinical interest in the treatment of OCD and am trained by the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) in the implementation of ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention).

I have been treating Anxiety disorders and OCD for multiple years. I attended the BTTI in 2023. The number of client’s I treat with OCD continues to trend upward. Eventually, I would like the majority of my case list to involve OCD treatment. My case list is very diverse and would be willing to treat children with OCD on a limited basis.
