Sam F Reif Ph.D., LCPC, LPCC

Reif Behavioral Solutions is a practice that specializes in cognitive behavior therapy, exposure and response prevention, and other research based interventions for adolescents and adults suffering from a wide range of psychological and behavioral problems. A majority of the practice is focused on anxiety disorders, with OCD and OC Related Disorders accounting for a substantial amount of the population of the practice.

I received my Ph.D. from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science/ The Chicago Medical School- a Cognitive Behavior Therapy based program. I began treating people suffering from OCD in 1993 as an extern, and at a private practice. I completed an internship in the Behavior Therapy Unit at Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital, and then returned to Chicago for a post-doc at the University of Chicago, where I was again treating patients with OCD. I now run Reif Behavioral Solutions, where we focus on delivering empirically supported treatments to a range of disorders, with focus on OCD and other anxiety disorders.
