Narrative of Services:
90% of my clients come to therapy for OCD treatment and vary from children and families to adolescents, and individual adults with the majority of my clients working specifically with Scrupulosity type OCD, Contamination OCD, or Harm OCD.
Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:
Many of my clients present with co-occurring anxiety and mood disorders and I utilize a humanistic approach, examining the whole client and the areas of their life that are impacted by negative patterns. This often leads us to the identification of a core fear which becomes an important part of OCD specific treatment as well.
Training Description:

-MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Lesley University
-6 years of experience treating individuals child-adult with OCD and related anxiety disorders
-4 years in private practice
-Continued training and education through IOCDF and NOCD.

I believe an integral part of being a therapist is acknowledging how our larger systems impact individual experiences, and that actively participating in the questioning of those larger systems is part of my job.
