Narrative of Services:

My practice specializes in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related concerns using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and person-centered approaches. Approximately 70% of my caseload consists of individuals with OCD, anxiety disorders, phobias, panic disorder, social anxiety, and health anxiety. I work with adolescents (16+) and adults and have treated individuals experiencing intrusive thoughts, compulsions, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, and intolerance of uncertainty. My approach emphasizes evidence-based treatment while tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with approximately five years of experience treating OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions. My training includes specialized education in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) through Knowledge Tree, as well as training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and evidence-based treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders. I have received ongoing clinical consultation focused on OCD assessment, ERP implementation, and treating a range of OCD presentations, including contamination OCD, relationship OCD (ROCD), health anxiety, phobias, and intrusive thoughts. A significant portion of my current caseload consists of individuals with OCD and related anxiety disorders.

Diversity Statement:

I am committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care and recognize the importance of understanding each client’s unique cultural identities, values, and lived experiences. My graduate training included multicultural counseling coursework and clinical experience working with individuals from diverse racial, ethnic, religious, socioeconomic, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. I engage in ongoing professional development related to cultural humility, inclusion, and ethical practice. In my work, I strive to create a safe, respectful environment where clients feel understood and where treatment is tailored to their individual experiences, identities, and goals.
