Exhale is a private pratice offering therapy for OCD and related mental health challenges. My speciality is treating clients of all ages with ADHD and Anxiety related disorders including OCD Spectrum Disorders.

I utilize strength based models and CBT, ACT, ERP, DBT, theraputic interventions based on client specific needs. I meet the client where they are in their therapeutic journey. I believe in integrating social and family support as appropriate.

I have been trained in OCD Spectrum Disorders utilizing ERP while incorperating CBT, and ACT.
