At Upstate Center for OCD & Anxiety, we specialize in the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, panic, phobias, and related conditions using gold-standard, evidence-based approaches. Our work is grounded in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-informed cognitive therapies, delivered with care that is collaborative, intentional, and deeply respectful of each person’s lived experience. We help clients build flexibility in the face of fear and move toward lives that feel fuller, steadier, and more aligned with what matters to them.
We continue to use evidenced based approaches, while assessing and determining the level of impairment the co-occurring diagnosis is causing. Once this is determined, appropriate treatment shifts or supplements are collaborated on with client and woven into care (I.e. DBT, executive function training, mindfulness). Commonly treating, CPTSD, Depression, Neurodivergence, various specific anxiety disorders.
