Archway Psychotherapy provides specialized care to adults and older adolescents experiencing interpersonal, emotional, and psychological challenges related to anxiety, OCD and OCD-related disorders, depression, and trauma. Therapy is grounded in a collaborative and individualized approach that honors each person’s lived experience while working toward meaningful and values-consistent change. The goal of treatment is to foster learning, connection, psychological awareness, and greater flexibility in responding to difficult internal experiences.
My clinical training includes a post-graduate fellowship at The Reeds Center – Treatment of Anxiety, OCD, and Related Disorders, where I received specialized training, supervision, and clinical experience in exposure and response prevention (ERP), habit reversal therapy (HRT), trauma-informed treatments including STAIR-NT and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
Additional training includes work with Katherine Shear at The Center for Prolonged Grief at Columbia University, Matthieu Villatte of the Evidence-Based Practice Institute of Seattle, the International OCD Foundation Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), and the Westchester Center for the Study of Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.
My approach to therapy recognizes that individuals exist within complex cultural, relational, and social contexts that shape lived experience. I aim to provide thoughtful, affirming, and collaborative care that considers the many dimensions of identity, including cultural, racial, sexual, and social experiences.
Together, we will work to better understand the impact of your concerns across different areas of life while cultivating awareness, flexibility, and movement toward meaningful and values-consistent change.
