Narrative of Services:

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with experience supporting youth, families and adult individuals through anxiety, trauma and obsessive/compulsive disorders. I am passionate about helping clients feel equipped to manage their inner life so they can engage in the things that matter most to them.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

When working with co-occurring disorders, we will look at the interaction of symptoms and emphasize stability first. Making sure that you feel supported and equipped to function in your day to day life will give us the strong foundation to be able to address the obsessive and compulsive symptoms appropriately.

Training Description:

I have been working with Obsessive Compulsive Disorders and Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors (hair pulling, skin picking, etc.) for over five years. I have training from the Trichotillomania Learning Center (TLC) and IOCDF. I bring my knowledge and experience to support progress toward your goals but always leave room for personable conversation and connection. I value the client relationship and will emphasize your voice so therapy can meet your needs. I hope our therapy space feels like a safe support while you’re struggling and a strength for you to keep moving forward.

Diversity Statement:

I have a personal, professional and educational background in theological integration that supports clients of all faith backgrounds. Whether your worldview is an anchor to your treatment or a trigger to your symptoms, I am equipped to navigate that with respect and integrate it towards your goals as appropriate.
