The Evidence Based Practice of Nevada has a Child and Adolescent Clinic dedicated to serving youth with wide array of presenting problems. Our clinic has licensed providers and trainees who see children diagnosed with OCD and related disorders. Dr. S holds a caseload with at least half being youth with OCD.
Dr. Schnurstein is a licensed psychologist in Nevada. She obtained her Doctorate of Psychology from the University of Denver. She completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at The University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in the Child Clinical Track. Dr. S completed her Postdoctoral Fellowship specializing in evidence-based practice with children and adolescents in Las Vegas. She has speciality training in CBT, ERP, and PMT. Dr. S has over 8 years of experience working with youth with OCD and related disorders. Dr. S is currently the Clinical Director of the Child and Adolescent Treatment Clinic at The Evidence Based Practice of Nevada.

Dr. S specifically has had extensive training in culturally responsive care via graduate school, internship, and postdoctoral training. Dr. S continues to seek out continuing education opportunities in culturally responsive care, navigating diversity in clinical care, and advocating for patients and communities.
