I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model with individual adults, adolescents & children (7-13) as well as with couples. I utilize Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) when working with OCD clients. My practice employs an educative & collaborative model with clients. I work closely with a select group of local psychiatrists to best serve our shared clients. I treat OCD related disorders, generalized anxiety, panic disorder, phobias, health anxiety, insomnia & social anxiety. I also work with the full range of depressive disorders. Hospital privileges maintained at Overlook Medical Center, Morristown Medical Center & St. Barnabus Medical Center.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist in both NJ & PA. Graduate of the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). PhD in Clinical Psychology (Seton Hall University). Pre-doctoral & post-doctoral treatment of graduate & undergraduate students with OCD at both Drew University & College of St. Elizabeth. Advanced training obtained at The Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Attend numerous workshops on OCD related disorders through ABCT (Association for Behavioral & Cognitive Therapies), IOCDF, NJ-ACT (NJ Association for Cognitive Therapy), EABCT (European Association for Behavioral & Cognitive Therapies), IACP (International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy) & WCBCT (World Congress of Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies).
