Narrative of Services:

My current practice offers treatment for eating disorders as well as anxiety related disorders and OCD. I am the only staff member who is full time on the anxiety-OCD team. 100% of my clients have OCD or OC related disorders, and I have treated (in total) around 30-50 clients with OCD and OC related disorders over the last 3 years. I mainly work with children/adolescents/young adults (college aged) but do see adults if it is a good fit.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Eating disorders (if they are being treated for it or they have been weight restored for some time) or other anxiety disorders are co-occurring

Training Description:

post-doctoral fellowship at DASC was intensive training in treating OCD and anxiety disorders (CBT, ERP, ACT). My supervisor has treated OCD and anxiety related disorders for 15+ years. Additionally, I attended 2x weekly group supervision with people in the field who have all treated anxiety for 10-15 years.

Diversity Statement:

I have worked with children/teenagers within the therapeutic day school of all backgrounds and worked at a practice that accepted all insurances, bringing in a wide range of individuals.

My doctorate degree is from Roosevelt University- a social justice focused university. Diversity and inclusion efforts and education was woven into every part of our program. Additionally, I continue to education myself through books, webinars, and listening to my clients about how my identities intersect with theirs in the therapeutic space.
