Laura Schulke MA, LPCC
I exclusively practice with individuals facing concerns on the anxiety spectrum including OCD, panic, phobias, worry, perinatal anxiety, illness anxiety and more. I offer 45, 60 and 90 minute telehealth appointments, with a focus on exposure based approaches.
Masters of Counseling Psychology – Assumption College (2012) with a concentration in the use of CBT for adults. 10 years of experience treating a broad array of mental health concerns with a special focus on anxiety especially using exposure, acceptance-based and motivational interviewing approaches.
I am striving toward antiracism in my life and work; and I commit myself to cultural sensitivity and responsiveness. I know that it is my responsibility to learn, know and be active in understanding race-connected experiences, while at the same time honoring the unique experiences of each individual. I seek training and consultation on race-related issues when needed, and seek culturally based trainings which are a good fit for my clinical practice. I believe that it is every therapist’s job to be actively antiracist.
