Narrative of Services:

We specialize in evidence-based treatments for OCD, phobias, BRFB, ADHD, and mood disorders with a particular emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) treatment. Our dedicated team is committed to providing comprehensive therapeutic solutions tailored for children, teenagers, and adults.
Aspire Psychotherapy offers ancillary treatments such as Virtual Reality therapy and Biofeedback training (HRV/Peak Performance) to compliment their client’s progress.

Training Description:

Aspire Psychotherapy is a team of dedicated clinical psychologists and social workers that received a rigorous training in CBT, ACT, and DBT with a strong focus on Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP).
Dr. Scolaro has an extensive experience in providing evidence-based treatments for OCD, phobias, tics, body dysmorphic disorder and ADHD. Dr. Scolaro’s main area of expertise is OCD and Body Focused-Repetitive disorders (BFRD). Her training took place in intensive outpatient and inpatient settings such as Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, Gracie Square Inpatient Hospital, William Alanson White Institute, as well as Lincoln Hospital and Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
