I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2007. I specialized in working with children and adolescents and take great interest in treating anxiety and mood disorders in both children and adults. I am enthusiastic about treating OCD and OCD related disorders (accessive worry, phobias, tics, Tricoticolomenia…). Working with my clients on facing their fears is an empowering journey, and they are the Heros. I am trained and certified in TEAM-CBT and use Exposure techniques in addition to other methods to address common co-occurring conditions like depression and ADHD.
I am a native Israeli and understand what it’s like to be an immigrant. I have experience working with a highly diverse population and have worked with many immigrants from Israel, East Asia, Asia, and Canada (Yes, Canada! although considered Caucasians, their culture and mannerism differ significantly.)
I earned my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and my Masters in Psychology with Creative Expression Specialization from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (ITP), Palo Alto, CA.
I am a graduate of Naropa University (Boulder, CO) with a B.A. in Contemplative Psychology, Incorporating Buddhist principles into modern psychology. I am TEAM-CBT certified, a modality that focuses on treating anxiety, depression, and relationship problems.
