I have provided specialty care for anxiety disorders and OCD for kid, teens and adults for over 25 years. I enjoy working with very young children and their parents as well (ages 3-7) and I have a special interest in transition from adolescent to young adult. I provide individual CBT and exposure and response prevention. I always involve families and provide support to parents coaching their children in OCD moments. I also provide SPACE treatment and parent consultation and parent workshops. I enjoy providing training and consultation local, nationally and internationally.

I treat clients whose primary diagnosis and reason for treatment is OCD even if they have co-occuring. If we decide together the additional condition needs specific work I cannot provide I work for referral or collaboration

I had extensive traininig in graduate school treating kids with anxiety disorders and helped develop CBT treatment for kids and teens. Since 2001 I received additional training and supervision in the treatment of OCD. I am part of a group of 5 private practice therapists at the Children’s and Adult Center for OCD and Anxiety. We provide ongoing consultation to each other. I have provided trainings for parents, professionals and schools for over 20 years on treatment of childhood anxiety and OCD

I have sought out additional training and consultation to work with LGBTQ clients. I would not same I am an expert but do have experience and training to provide affirming care. I often seek additional consultation if needed.
