Narrative of Services:

Approximately 30% of the clients treated at our site are diagnosed with OCD or related Disorders. We offer partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs coupled with med management, holistic services, and individual therapy to address all aspects of a client’s treatment program.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

We treat primary mental health, such as thought and mood disorders as well as anxiety, OCD, ASD, ADHD, depression, BPD, etc. We always utilize evidenced-based strategies for each condition. Treatment is individualized to meet the unique needs of each person. This may mean using a more gradual approach, using more tailored (concrete, visual, auditory) psychoeducational tools or by understanding what factors are motivating to that person. Family is often involved if appropriate. Strategies like Cognitive Therapy (CT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Training Description:

I obtained my master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College with a 4.0 GPA.

Treatment Groups:

Daytime partial hospital program and intensive outpatient program ran Monday through Friday 9AM to 3PM. Evening IOP coming soon.
