Narrative of Services:

I am the owner and director of Anxiety & OCD Specialists of Mississippi. Our team specializes in treating OCD, Panic Disorder, Tics/Tourette’s, Perfectionism, Postpartum Anxiety, Emetophobia, and a wide range of anxiety and OCD-related concerns. We utilize Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, CBIT for tics, CPT for trauma and PTSD, and various applications of CBT. We integrate Christian counseling for those who are interested. Approximately 60% of our clients have OCD.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

I treat Panic Disorder, Emetophobia, and Perfectionism alongside OCD. I utilize CBIT for Tics/Tourette’s and CPT for PTSD.

Training Description:

I have been trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for adults and children through the International OCD Foundation’s Behavioral Therapy Training Institute (BTTI). Additionally, I have completed extensive training in OCD, tics, panic disorder, psychodynamic therapy, and Christian counseling.

Diversity Statement:

I have a particular interest and passion for working with Christians struggling with religious and moral scrupulosity, a specialized subtype of OCD.
