My practice focuses heavily on treating OCD and OCD-related disorders, making up the majority of my caseload. I have worked with dozens of individuals with OCD, providing evidence-based treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition to OCD, I also treat anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and family dynamics, offering a holistic approach to care. My goal is to provide clients with the tools and support they need to manage OCD and improve their quality of life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with specialized training in treating OCD and OCD spectrum disorders, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment. I have several years of experience working with OCD clients in both individual and group therapy settings, initially gaining expertise while treating eating disorder patients where OCD symptoms were often present.
