Narrative of Services:

I offer teletherapy for adults. I specialize in cognitive behavior therapies for anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders (e.g., OCD, body dysmorphic disorder, illness anxiety, hoarding, olfactory reference disorder, hair pulling, skin picking, tic disorders, panic disorder, social anxiety). I typically use skill-based CBT, including ERP, cognitive therapy, acceptance-based therapies (e.g., ACT), and CBIT.

In addition to my private practice, I currently work as a psychologist at the Center for OCD and Related Disorders (CORD) at Massachusetts General Hospital. I am also an assistant professor in psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.

Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders:

Cognitive behavior therapy including HRT, CBIT, behavioral activation.

Training Description:

I have a PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (graduated in 2016). I received post-doctoral training at NYSPI/Columbia University Medical School, and at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I have been licensed to practice in Massachusetts since 2019. I have treated OCD and related disorders in specialty clinics throughout my career.
