Narrative of Services:
Dr. Solomon provides services via secure video conferencing throughout the states of NY, AZ, and several areas internationally. 100% of her practice is focused on assessment/treatment of OCD, Anxiety, Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors, Tic Disorders, and co-occurring issues such as perfectionism, executive dysfunction, and social skills difficulties. She has provided services for over 300 individuals with OCD or related disorders. Dr. Solomon’s primary orientation is Cognitive Behavioral and she uses CBT, E/RP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), and Habit Reversal/COMB for individuals aged 2yrs-60yrs old. She uses a collaborative approach, involving parents/family and other professionals.

Dr. Solomon founded the Virtual Center for Anxiety & OCD because she is passionate about promoting accessibility of “gold standard” treatments to all areas, particularly those that have a lack of therapists with expertise in anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Dr. Solomon specializes in evidence-based treatment and has spent the past 20 years treating anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. She obtained her doctoral degree from Pepperdine University and received advanced specialty training from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine, UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute, Massachusetts General Psychiatry Academy. She is a graduate of the IOCDF BTTI and BTTI Advanced Forum.
