Narrative of Services:
I received my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in 1999. I earned my Masters of Social Work from Simmons College of Social Work in 2003. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention strategies in treating individuals with OCD, as well as utilize a multi-faceted approach in treating their families which includes but is not limited to psycho education, psychodynamic, family systems, solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and strength based approaches. My foundational training was mostly centered on psychodynamic, relational, and intersubjective theories which is integrated into my practice, when clinically indicated.

I have been in private practice for 10 years, and of those, 6 have been primarily focused on treating individuals with OCD and related disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression. For the past nearly 4 years, I have also been treating the families of individuals with OCD and related disorders and serve as a senior clinician at McLean Hospital’s OCD Institute Partial Hospitalization Program. Since getting hired on as a family therapist there in 2014, the partial hospitalization program has been able to expand in the number of patients it now admits. I am reachable by both phone and email.
