I provide therapy to client’s with OCD and related disorders utilizing ERP and ACT modalities in order to support clients in identifying values-based motivation and goals for their life and the skills to be able to engage in that life.
I was trained by the Perelman School of Medicine’s Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety, ExRP training in 2021. Since then I have participated in a variety of trainings focusing on the encorporation of ACT, Inhibitory learning model, eating disorders, specific themes, family accomodation, treatment barriers, hoarding disorder, BFRBs, and I-CBT in order to expand my knowledge and ability to support clients in their treatment.
I have spent the past 5+ years working at a Community Mental Health clinic that serves low income individuals and families in the bay area. These individuals and families come from diverse cultural backgrounds. We support community members facing food insecurity, homelessness, immigration challenges, and those looking to develop skills to thrive post-incarceration.
