Exposure Response Prevention, Habit Reversal, Psycho-Education, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Up to 25% of my caseload suffers with a OCD classified disorder.

11 years treating clients with OCD using ERP, CBT and ACT. Attended 2018 IOCDF conference. Supervision from University of Illinois- Institute for Juvenile Research, Staff at Pacific Lutheran University.
