Narrative of Services:

I am a licensed clinical psychologist at Modern Me Psychology, PC, offering individual psychotherapy in Roselle, Illinois, and teletherapy in Illinois, Florida, and participating PSYPACT states. I treat OCD, anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions using cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure and response prevention, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing. I am expanding my focus on OCD through ongoing professional training. My approach helps clients recognize obsessive-compulsive patterns, reduce compulsions and avoidance, tolerate uncertainty, and engage more fully in meaningful daily activities.

Training Description:

I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology and have been licensed since 2019. My clinical experience includes working with individuals experiencing OCD, anxiety, perfectionism, and repetitive thinking patterns. I am developing additional competence in OCD treatment through International OCD Foundation educational offerings and ongoing professional study. My therapeutic background includes cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and exposure and response prevention. I continue to strengthen my skills in OCD assessment, identifying overt and mental compulsions, and tailoring treatment to clients’ needs.

Diversity Statement:

My clinical work includes supporting individuals with differing beliefs, family structures, identities, and life experiences. I approach care with cultural humility, exploring how each client’s background, values, and social context shape their concerns and treatment goals. I invite clients to discuss experiences of judgment, exclusion, and misunderstanding, and consider these experiences in treatment planning. In OCD treatment, I work to distinguish obsessive-compulsive symptoms from personally meaningful beliefs, cultural practices, and identity exploration.
