I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Vivid Psychology Group, and the majority of our practice is dedicated to evidence-based treatment for OCD. I also treat a variety of anxiety-related concerns, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, specific phobias, and separation anxiety. I offer individual therapy, both in-person and virtual, for teens and adults, as well as SPACE, a parent-based treatment for children and teens struggling with anxiety and OCD.

I work from an integrative approach, drawing on multiple evidence-based methods to treat conditions that commonly co-occur with OCD, including anxiety disorders, depression, and neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism and ADHD. Throughout treatment, I conduct ongoing assessment to monitor progress, remaining flexible in my approach so that every client can fully benefit from ERP.

Since completing my doctoral training in 2019, I have developed a specialty in OCD and anxiety treatment through expert supervision, hundreds of direct clinical hours, and continuing education in research-supported treatments, including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and SPACE.

At Vivid Psychology Group, I am part of a dedicated team of psychologists, all of whom specialize in treating anxiety and OCD-related concerns, making us well-suited to support individuals across the lifespan and the full spectrum of OCD presentations.

Groups are recommended as a part of ongoing treatment. Group times vary throughout the week. However, most are offered in the evening. The cost of group is $75.
