Co-occurring disorders are PTSD (primarily from combat and sexual trauma), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, Neurodiversity (ADHD), and some substance use disorders. My treatment structure is primarily based on the particular symptom(s) that are causing the most distress and functional limitations. Most importantly, my treatment structure is driven by the patient’s desires, willingness, and insight. My work is always collaborative and may shift depending up a variety of factors that contribute to treatment effectiveness and the length of treatment available to the client.
