I take an integrative approach to therapy as I believe each client connects differently to different theories so I blend in what works best for each client to make treatment most effective for each individual.

Diversity Statement:

I have a lot of experience working with clients who are LDS due to years working at another group where many of our clients were LDS. I personally am not religious but respect people of all faiths as spirituality does come up in therapy at times.
