I work with a spectrum of cases including anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, panic), couples, and maternal mental health with emphasis on anxiety, depression, and birth trauma. Approximately 30-40% of my caseload is OCD.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma, perinatal mental health concerns, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), CBT, relationship approaches, and mindfulness. Treatment is collaborative, individualized, and focused on helping clients build psychological flexibility, reduce avoidance, and create meaningful, lasting change and connection in relationships. Sessions are typically weekly at the start of treatment, with frequency adjusted as clients progress toward their goals.
I attended BTTI training in 2023, have trained in Inference-Based CBT, and I am familiar with Habit Reversal Training protocols. I frequently seek out additional trainings in CBT and ACT as well.
I have a lot of experience working with pregnancy and postpartum as a childbirth educator and doula in the past. I am very passionate about supporting women in perimenopause as well.
I am currently certified in perinatal mental health by Postpartum Support International.
