Narrative of Services:

As a clinical social worker at Aspire Anxiety & OCD Solutions, I specialize in the treatment of OCD and the related disorders. At any given point, my caseload is about 70% clients with either OCD, an OC spectrum disorder and/or a significant anxiety disorder.

Training Description:

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of OCD and the related disorders. I attended IOCDF’s Pediatric BTTI in 2022 and have attended a monthly consultation group through the Palladium Counseling Group since 2019. I have additional training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I use a combination of ERP, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and dialectical behavioral therapy approaches throughout the treatment process.
