I am a North Carolina State Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in Cary, NC. I specialize in CBT and treat adults with mood and anxiety disorders. I have worked with hundreds of clients with OCD and OC Related Disorders with great success using CBT and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) techniques. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1999. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at San Francisco General Hospital and my post-doctoral fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco obtaining extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I worked for several years at the San Francisco Bay Area Center for Cognitive Therapy before entering private practice. I am also a Founding Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy. I have treated clients with OCD/OC Related Disorders throughout my training and specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders in my private practice.
