For other anxiety disorders I use a combination of CBT, ERP, and mindfulness/relaxation skills as appropriate. For depression and other mood disorders I use behavioral activation, CBT, and emotional regulation skills training (from DBT).

Previously worked for NOCD and completed all their internal specialist trainings for OCD, child OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors and hoarding disorders.
