Mary Vixaisack LPC

My clinical focus is anxiety, ocd and trauma. I utilize a combination of EMDR, CBT and ERP with the individuals I work with. Approximately 70 percent of my clientele are seeking treatment for trauma/anxiety and 25 percent are individuals with OCD.

I provide counseling to individuals via telehealth to adults (18 +) in the states of Arizona, Colorado and Texas. Mary earned her Master’s in Counseling from Texas Woman’s University with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have completed trainings on various anxiety disorders throught Massachusetts General Hospital Psychiatry Acadamey and with the International OCD Foundation’s Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI).
